We are certainly living in unusual times, and this year the European Researchers Night will be taking place in everyone’s homes. We would like to invite you to join this fantastic initiative and help us bring research to life and into our homes!

We are looking for enthusiastic researchers who would like to communicate their work in innovative ways to a large public audience.

-       Have you thought about how you can bring your research into people’s kitchens and sitting rooms?

-       Do you have an experiment that we could be easily demonstrated online?

-       Have you got some interactive ideas that will bring research to life?

This is the third year that this event has taken place and each year the event has grown and developed and this is thanks to creative contributions from researchers across UCC, Teagasc and CIT.

It is still the intention of European Researchers Night to run elements of a programme of fun and interactive events in venues across campus and throughout the City and this year’s event is scheduled to take place throughout November 2020 with the main events taking place on Friday, November 27th and Saturday, November 28th.
